It’s difficult to get the right ingredients for our food in the Netherlands. The dish I like most is Fufu with spicy sauce. But that’s a lot of work for my mother. I also love kale and sausage (a traditional Dutch dish). Volunteers often cooked this in the refuge centre for asylum seekers to introduce the new people to the Netherlands. I liked it since the first time I ate it.
